REGISTRATION TABLE WILL BE SHUT DOWN AT 11AM DAY OF SHOW. ALL VENDOR WRISTBANDS NEED TO BE PICKED UP BEFORE THAT TIME. NO EXCEPTIONS. AFTER 11AM WRISTBANDS WILL BE REQUIRED UPON ENTRY.

• The Exhibitor agrees to utilize the assigned space in display, demonstrate, or sell only the products or services as described on the front of the application.
• Albuquerque Super Show and Artemis Promotions reserves the right to disapprove the display of any item that is deemed inappropriate and/or is not in keeping with the nature, character, or orderly conduct of the show.
• Albuquerque Super Show and Artemis Promotions reserves the right to require that the exhibit be arranged in a manner that will not interfere with other exhibits, particularly those in close proximity to that of the Exhibitor.
• The Exhibitor shall not utilize any scheme or device that is illegal, in bad taste, or detrimental to the automotive or advertising industry. Albuquerque Super Show and Artemis Promotions reserves the right to require cessation of any such activity.
• A violation of any rule of conduct or a breach of any covenant in this agreement is cause for Albuquerque Super Show and Artemis Promotions Management to close the exhibit. In the event of closure no refund shall be allowed.
• The Exhibitor shall be responsible for all maintenance of the exhibit. At all times, including the hours during which the exhibition is open to the public, the Exhibitor shall maintain the exhibit in a clean and orderly manner, and shall take any steps that may be necessary to prevent injury to any person or exhibit on the premises.
• Albuquerque Super Show and Artemis Promotions, Albuquerque Convention Center, The City of Albuquerque, its agents, contractors, employees, sponsors, and associated parties will not be responsible or liable for the loss of, or damage in any of the property of the Exhibitor. The Exhibitor shall, at its own expense, obtain the necessary insurance coverage with respect of loss by fire, theft, accident or other causes, if that type of protection is desired.
  ·All entries are subject to approval by Albuquerque Super Show and Artemis Promotions, and must pass inspection at the door; Albuquerque Super Show and Artemis Promotions management has the right to refuse any entry not deemed appropriate.
• In the event the premises in which the exhibition is to be held are destroyed or damaged by fire, the elements, other calamity, or other cause beyond control, so that the exhibition cannot be held. Albuquerque Super Show and Artemis Promotions, The Albuquerque Convention Center, The City of Albuquerque, contributors, its agents, contractors,employees, sponsors, and associated parties shall not be liable to the Exhibitor/Vendor except to the extent of returning a portion or whole payment previously made by the Exhibitor to Event Management pursuant to this Agreement.
  This writing contains the General understanding and agreement of the parties. No representations other than those expressly set forth in this Agreement were made or relied upon by either party. No agent, employee or other representative of either party is empowered to alter any of the terms of this Agreement except in writing signed by an executive officer of the respective parties. This Agreement is subject to all laws, statues, ordinances, orders, regulations, and directives, which may be imposed by the federal, state, or local governments and both parties shall obey the same.
